Moroccan-Style Carrots

3                   Large carrots
1 tbsp           Lemon juice
1/4 tsp          Dried thyme
1 tsp             Butter
2 tbsp           Chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp           Plain yogurt
1 pinch         Ground cumin
1 pinch         Cinnamon
1 pinch         Salt
1 pinch         Pepper

Peel carrots and cut into sticks, place in steamer basket. Sprinkle with thyme, cumin, cinnamon and salt. Cover and steam for about 5 min. or just until tender.

Transfer to bowl. Mix in parsley, lemon juice and butter; stir in yogurt. Season with pepper to taste.
