Marinated Tomatoes

4                Large tomatoes, sliced             
1 cup         Vegetable oil                   
1/4 cup      Wine vinegar                 
1/4 tsp       Dry mustard             
1 tsp          Salt                      
1/4 tsp       Black pepper
1                 Large clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp        Chopped fresh basil
2                 Sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
1                 Sprig fresh marjoram, chopped
1 tbsp        Minced scallion

Place tomato slices in serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes. Toss lightly.  Chill for 1 hour or longer before serving. (I use dried herbs instead of fresh and leave out the scallion.)
