Quesnel Farmer's Market, Quesnel BC


Maitre D'hotel Beurre

4 tbsp          Butter, softened
                     Salt and white pepper
1 tbsp          Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp       Fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, cream the butter with a fork and blend in parsley and seasonings. Just before serving, add lemon juice.

This is traditionally served over broiled or grilled steak.
