Three Versions of Horseradish Sauce

One:
1 cup     Heavy cream
1 tbsp    Dried horseradish (or to taste)
1 tsp      Dijon mustard

Whip cream until stiff and fold in horseradish. Add mustard and let stand for 15 min in the refrigerator to mingle flavours.

Two:
1 cup     Mayonnaise
1 tbsp    Dried horseradish

Mix together and let stand 15 min. Use for sandwiches. 

Three:
Make a simple white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add the dried horseradish to taste.
