Spinach Caesar Salad

1/2 cup     Cold pressed olive oil
1 tbsp       Lemon juice
1 tbsp       Balsamic vinegar
1               Coddled egg
1 tsp         Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp      Dry mustard powder
3                Cloves of garlic
                  Salt & pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients together and pour over fresh spinach. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and croutons over spinach and dressing and toss.
