No Cholesterol Carrot Cake

Combine these 8 ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Ground nutmeg
2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 can Crushed pineapple (8oz.) drained, saving the juice for the glaze
1/4 cup Salad oil

Add these ingredients and mix well:
6 Large egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Finely shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups Raisins

Combine wet and dry ingredients and raisins. Spoon into a greased and dusted 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 deg F for about 45 mins until tester comes out clean.
Glaze with 1 ½ cups powdered sugar mixed with ¼ cup of pineapple juice.
