Quesnel Farmer's Market, Quesnel BC

Meet The Vendors

Heritage Acres

Owners Matt and Cindy Ziemer invite you to come out and enjoy the farm and U-Pick your own berries as the various fruits come into season. You can find us at the Farmer's Market most Saturdays selling our delicious and healthy preserves and our fresh berries in season.

Nestled in the Barlow Creek valley and fronting on Hwy 97 only 4km north of the Quesnel airport, Heritage Acres is an intriguing, naturally beautiful piece of property. Aptly namedHeritage Acres contains much to enjoy in the way of historical features. Bisected by the Olde Cariboo waggon road north and the 1912 PGE railroad bed and an old railroad trestle. This property also has an old relay station and a chinese gold mining ditch dating from the 1800's. If you like hiking and adventure you can enjoy this history and the beauty of the natural surroundings by walking the trails intersecting these historical features.
